This policy outlines how Bear Essentials handles shipping, delivery issues, returns, and refunds for all website orders.
Bear Essentials ships physical products within the United Kingdom only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is not currently available.
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Carriers: All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail services.

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Estimated delivery 2 to 4 working days. Not tracked. Cost £3.50.
Royal Mail 1st Class: Estimated delivery 1 to 2 working days. Not tracked. Cost £4.99.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery 1 to 2 working days. Tracking provided. Cost £5.15.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery 2 to 3 working days. Tracking provided. Cost £4.05.
Delivery times are estimates only. Bear Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, including delays due to public holidays, severe weather, or seasonal demand.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Bear Essentials is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If an order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, the customer must contact Bear Essentials so the issue can be investigated with Royal Mail.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Bear Essentials within 72 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required.
Failure to report damage or errors within this timeframe may void eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Returns are handled in accordance with the Bear Essentials Returns Policy.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless proven faulty.
Eligibility for refunds or replacements is assessed on a case by case basis.
Bear Essentials reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
